Guidelines regarding bespoke jewellery commissions, atelier appointments, valuations, and intellectual property.
1. Private Viewings & Etiquette
All physical consultations at our Kozhikode studio are subject to verification. We reserve the absolute right to cancel or postpone viewing appointments. Visitors are requested to present government identification upon entry to maintain our security standards.
2. Bespoke Commission & Estimates
Bespoke high-jewellery commissions require a 50% non-refundable deposit before crafting begins. The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to secure courier dispatch or collection. Estimates and metal weight metrics provided during sketching are approximations; final metrics will be detailed upon completion.
3. Stone Valuations & Certification
DHC certificates or other third-party reports are supplied directly as independent third-party assessments of stone purity and color weight. We guarantee that all certificates supplied match the corresponding stones exactly. Valuation appraisals represent contemporary market metrics and do not serve as resale value guarantees.
4. Intellectual Copyrights
All design blueprints, watercolor sketches, website imagery, lookbook photography, and typography assets are the exclusive intellectual property of AYMA SIGNATURE JEWELS LIMITED LIABILITY PARTNERSHIP. Recreating our design templates or using brand imagery without written permission is strictly prohibited.
